We are seeking a creative and dedicated Wish Planner to join our team and help deliver extraordinary, life-changing experiences for children with critical illnesses. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to design and deliver bespoke travel and experience wishes on time and within budget.

As a **Wish Planner** you will:

- Design unique wishes for each child
- Booking travel and accommodation for wish children and their families with precision and care
- Booking event activities
- Build itineraries for families & volunteers
- Usie internal systems & software for managing tasks/projects
- Work with Wish families as the main point of contact during wish planning and ensuring they have a seamless, quality, and empathetic experience
- Work with multiple internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple crucial relationships every day, including celebrities
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in the travel industry or event planning is essential
- Can work within a tight budget
- Task orientated with strong project management skills with the ability prioritise
- Ability to work collaboratively with and across teams, as well as the ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong work ethic, self-driven and proactive
- Problem solving skills and solution driven
- Experience using Salesforce is desirable
- Mature, reliable, and trustworthy
- A passion for creating joyful, impactful experiences for children and their families.
- Previous work and or understanding of travel for all abilities desirable
