**Relief Motel Managers Wanted - Location Between Brisbane & Gold Coast**

We’re looking for **reliable and hands-on Relief Motel Managers** to join our friendly team at a well-established **24-room motel**, ideally located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity for someone local who’s seeking regular, flexible work in a supportive environment.

About the Motel:
Our guest base is a diverse mix of **DOH, YFS, trade professionals, and corporate travelers**. The property features a **large pool, heated spa, tennis court**, and extensive gardens — with a dedicated groundsman on site 3 days a week.

What’s Involved:

- Overseeing daily operations during relief periods (every **4-5 weeks**, with additional days as needed and a 3 week stay each year)
- **Room stripping** placing fresh linen in rooms and laundering of towels and pillow slips. Sheets are outsourced.
- Occasional **cooked breakfast prep**:

- **Basic maintenance and upkeep** of outdoor areas, spa, and pool
- **Local to the area** (within easy commuting distance)
- Practical, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Great with people and confident managing a small team
- Comfortable with physical work and general maintenance
