About the Role _**
As a Trainer you are responsible for delivering and enhancing accredited vocational training programs in hospitality while ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework. This role involves providing high-quality teaching, leading curriculum development and industry consultations, and supporting trainers in content delivery and assessment. Additionally, in this position you will manage academic administration, maintain student records, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
**_ Key Responsibilities include:_**
- Deliver and assess vocational training in the Hospitality program while ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework.
- Develop and enhance curriculum, learning materials, and assessment tools to align with industry standards.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students and trainers, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and compliance with regulatory and organisational policies.
**_ About You_**
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- At least two years of relevant industry experience and a passion for vocational education.
- You excel in delivering engaging training, supporting students, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.
- Strong administrative skills and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational policies.
