Fireproofing Technician

Ceasefire is a passive fire protection company based out of Sydney providing a range of fire protection services throughout Australia. We are currently looking for experienced protective coatings renderers to join our growing team. Your construction or spraying experience will be highly valued and considered, so please get in touch if you are passionate about your work and seek a full-time role.

**The Position**
- **Tool proficiency**: Using trowels for leveling, smoothing, and creating decorative finishes.
- **Surface work**: Plumbing and straightening corners, angles, and wall surfaces.
- **Safety**: Following site safety procedures and being comfortable working at heights.
- **Other skills**: Time management, teamwork, and the ability to work well under pressure

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST have rendering experience and experience in fireproofing

- Certificate III in Solid Plastering required
- Must have a background in fire protection and mixing fireproofing products
- Good command of English language

**REMUNERATION**:

- Superannuation + ACIRT
- 26x RDOs per year
- Daily travel allowance
- Work uniforms provided
- Penalty rates for overtime and weekend work

**Schedule**
- 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
- Overtime and weekend work is available

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
