**The Company**

Our client is one of the markets' leading glass processors offering high performance glass products made right here in Australia from one of their three local processing plants located in NSW, VIC and TAS.

**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated, strong, fit and reliable individual to join the team as a Glass Process Worker, based in Girraween, NSW.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:

- Monday to Friday shift 2:30pm - 10:30pm
- Working as part of the glass production process
- Working in a fast paced environment to ensure deadlines are met
- Performing repetitive heavy lifting of glass product in a safe manner
- Ensuring all products are processed according to quality standards

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Reliability is a MUST
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to listen to and follow instructions
- A good understanding of Workplace Health and Safety
- Ability to lift up to 30kg repetitively (using a 2 man lift procedure when required)
- Experience in a fast paced factory, warehouse, production environment
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Be able to provide 2 employment references
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test if required
