**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Dietitian to join our team. The Dietitian will collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized nutritional advice and support, helping patients achieve their health goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans.
- Provide dietary advice for managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and heart disease.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient care plans.
- Stay updated with the latest nutritional research and best practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition (or equivalent).
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a clinical or medical setting.
- Familiarity with culturally diverse dietary needs.

Pay: $50,084.45 - $114,831.47 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
