**The Role**
The primary duties of the Curriculum Development and Quality Officer will be to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality curriculum development and management across all programs to maintain assurance of learning, quality, and compliance. This role leads the Quality and Compliance of the college to ensure compliance and promotes best practices.

This is a full-time permanent position, located in Underwood QLD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Training Operations Manager to work within the contractual and legislative obligations
- Promote opportunities for improvement
- Review policies and procedures
- Evaluating programs
- Review resources and training materials and make recommendations and rectifications where needed
- Participate in validation and moderation activities and support the Training Operations Manager in rectification activities
- Random quality checks on trainer communication and documentation
- Support with internal & external audits
- Supporting the team with in-house professional development and external PD
- Previous RTO Compliance experience
- Previous compliance experience and high-level operational knowledge of regulatory and funding bodies
- Experience in supporting and managing internal and external audits
- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail and good customer service skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
