Shop Assistant

Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Carlo’s IGA is seeking reliable and motivated **Full-time - Shop assistants**to join our team in **Horsley Park**

**Working Hours**: Flexibility over a 7-day rotating roster.

**Positions Available** - 3 X Full Time positions available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
- Process transactions at the checkout.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- A First Aid Certificate, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, and a NSW RSA ( Responsible Service of alcohol card ) will be a bonus

Pay: $23.23 - $41.46 per hour
