**What you’ll do
**As a member of the Cartology Sales team, Client Partnerships Executive will support the team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results. You will work with the sales, operations and insight teams in order to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients. This role will report into the Group Client Partnerships Manager.
- Support the team in briefing campaigns across operations & production
- Day to day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Provide Partnership Managers with compliance reporting & escalate any issues or concerns
- Manage client post campaign reporting
- Work with finance and commercial team to respond to client billings queries
- Manage incoming client enquiries
- Be the internal and external sales point of contact for campaign deliverySupport the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management

**What you’ll bring
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
- Proficiency in full Google suite, especially in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement, strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Energised by an entrepreneurial environment
- Proactive, able to work independently & as part of a teamAbility to anticipate both client & sales team needs
