**But enough about us, let’s talk about you**

The City of Mandurah Recreation Centres are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to fill the positions of Sports Umpire (Pickleball) for the current sports seasons within the Recreation Centres.

**_You will be responsible for:_**
- Officiating Pickleball games and competitions run at the Mandurah Aquatic Recreation Centre.
- Setting up of courts and programs and ensuring the sessions run smoothly
- Coaching new players and ensuring the rules are followed
- Pickleball is currently run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Availability for these days is required in addition to Monday evenings.
- Representing the City of Mandurah in a professional capacity during all competitions.

**_To be successful you will have:_**
- National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months)
- Current Badges (if any) for Accreditation Pay Levels.
- WWC (or willing to obtain)
- First aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Must be able to pass Pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol screening.
- Previous experience as a pickleball player
- Previous experience as a pickleball official (desired)

This casual Level Sports Umpire 1-3 position attracts a pay rate of $35.88 - $44.54 per hour (inclusive of 20% casual loading) dependent on qualifications and experience.
