**About the Role**

We are looking for motivated and reliable Customer Relations Officers to join Team Vincent. As a Customer Relations Officer you will be the “first point of contact” via phones as well as in person, of the City of Vincent.

Key accountabilities
- Acts as a first point of contact for customers and stakeholders and responds to enquiries ensuring that these are addressed, resolved and/or re-directed for resolution.
- Liaises with customers and stakeholders to deliver service excellence, ensuring that information is accurate, consistent, clearly communicated and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Responds to a wide range of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints, through a variety of customer contact channels, meeting customer expectations in accordance with relevant policies, processes, procedures, and legislation, within agreed service levels and timelines.
- Contributes to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, supporting, and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner to meet goals and deadlines.
- Working both independently, and in a team environment within a customer focused area.

Please note: This is a casual position, and working hours will vary based on operational requirements. All shifts are scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
