We are seeking a **Part-time Catering /Pantry Assistant **to join our teams based at one of our high profile financial and Insurance institutions in Sydney CBD. This fantastic Monday to Friday roles offer true work life balance and an opportunity to progress within our business. Previous experience within 5 star or high end Food and Beverage service will be a requirement of this role.

**Your day might look like this**:

- Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
- Make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages
- Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
- Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings
- Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility including reception services

**The Person**
- Proven first class customer experience - corporate waiter/butler, first class lounge or high end hotel background desired
- Experience from working in high end hotels, conferencing or events environments
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation

**A current National Police Check, and full **working** rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for these positions.**
