We are seeking a hands on and customer centric **Store Manager** to drive the team based in our **Marcs Myer Highpoint** concession store.
We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster. No late nights.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
