Amazing Graze Tearooms is seeking an experienced and dedicated Tearoom Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a love for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the tearoom, ensuring high standards of service and quality
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
