**About the Company**:
Our client is a market leader and premium supplier of quality flour-based products that aim to help their customers create healthy foods that are a delight to eat. They are seeking a result-driven Shift Miller who will be responsible for managing & directing all aspects of the flour milling process.

**Primary Objectives**:
Operating closely with the Mill team, you will ensure that all products are made to specification and are available to customers as required. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring mill plant and equipment is maintained.
- Reviewing quality parameters of finished products and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Identify and actively promote continuous improvement to products, processes, and systems within any facet of the work environment.
- Supervise Mill Operators as required.
- Work collaboratively with other millers to achieve business outcomes.
