**WeKare Disability Support Group**is seeking a _**female**_support worker located in _**Keysborough**_ to support an NDIS participant in Keysborough, You must have experience as a NDIS support worker. We are ideally looking for a female support worker who speaks Arabic.

**WeKare** promotes a culture of transparency, supportive practices and continuous improvement for the betterment of outcomes for both staff and participants. **WeKare** is a medium sized NDIS provider with locations in WA, VIC and TAS.

Experienced flexible workers will be highly considered, who possess skills working with:

- Attention to detail
- Experience with challenging behaviours
- Experience with mental heath
- Personal care duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English

WeKare will provide the appropriate training as needed to support all participants.

You will work with a variety of participants over a variety of shifts based on both your preferences and the preferences of participants.

Mandatory documentation is required for employees of NDIS providers.
- 100 points of ID (including a valid driver’s licence).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Infection Control in the Workplace Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certification
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (including booster dose).
- Cert 3 or 4 in Aged Care or Disability Support

Workers will be required to support participant to live as independently as possible, within the parameters of their plan arrangements and behavioural guidelines. Assist participants to achieve their plan goals and participate in the community.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $41.76 per hour
