Chandler Personnel is looking for motivated, hard-working Nursery hands for a fast-paced fruit grower based in Pakenham Vic. Our client is a leading producer of raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Working harvest including pruning / thinning / budding / grafting of trees.
- Farm hand work
- Labeling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants
- Monday - Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
- pay rate - $28-30 per hour plus super

Skills and Experience Required:

- MUST have their own transport
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Available to work 5 days per week including weekends & public holidays
- This role will require physical fitness and resilience to working outdoors for long hours
- Possess a hard-working attitude
