**Our Client**:
Is a successful, TGA licensed, complementary medicines contract manufacturing business. In 2016 moved to an impressive new facility in Banksmeadow and the business is undergoing strong growth with the increase in our capacity and capabilities.

**Our Position**:
AJ&B is seeking a hardworking reliable Process Worker to join our dynamic, customer focused team.

The work operating hours are Monday to Friday, (Morning Shift) 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and (Afternoon shift) 2:00 pm-10:00 pm it is fulltime role with 38 hours per week.

**Experience**
At least 6 months of experience in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food, Beverage, Chemical, Packaging or other FMCG industry is desirable and essential
- Experience with setting up **high speed machine filling lines** (and adjusting for changeovers) and cleaning of packaging machinery on a production line is a plus but not required.

**Day to Day responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the line runs efficiently and productively; coordinate tasks so that the line runs as continuously as possible
- Complete changeover of production equipment such as Filling, Capping & Labelling with accuracy and in a set time period
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment during the run to achieve optimum output and mínimal downtime minimize wastage
- Set up filling and packing equipment and strip down, wash, and reassemble filling equipment to produce a quality product as efficiently as possible
- Monitor the quality of the product throughout the filling run and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and compliance
- Be able to operate and maintain equipment safely and change parts in a clean and orderly manner
- Ensure that all work is done according to the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Carry out required tasks in ERP and other systems; complete all relevant documentation and reporting
- Participate in required training, including SOPs, GMP, OH&S and 5S
- Written and oral communication skills
- Must have own car and licence.

**Salary**: $28.26 - $30.10 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
