Hello, this is Hero Sushi.
Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Manager.

**[Position]**
- Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week)
- Priority hiring for Chatswood and George Street stores
- Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership

**[Salary]**
- Training period (probation 4-6 weeks, depending on individual capability): $29/hour
- After training, depending on store size: $32.5hour

Adult, Hourly, Before tax $32.50+ 12% Super + Annual leave + Sick leave
Weekend rates x1.25-1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable

**[Responsibilities]**
- Store operations and management
- Team supervision and staff training
- Sushi and menu quality control
- Managing and reporting store sales

**[Requirements]**
- Must have a TFN
- Visa holders eligible to work full-time
- Flexible availability
- Good health
- Able to communicate in English

Pay: From $32.50 per hour

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
