**About the role**

The IT Manager will work with the CEO, department heads and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and integrated IT system. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Plan, strategize, and implement processes to meet specific system requirements

Evaluate current technology use and needs of the company and recommended software and hardware improvements

Ensure that support tasks are completed in a timely manner

Understand training needs of individual personnel and ensure they are met

Manage budgets for software and hardware

Collaborate with vendors, users, and managers to understand and assess computing system needs and requirements

Oversee backup, security, and user help systems

Manage password and employee access to systems

Perform other related duties as required

**About you**

Skills and abilities required to succeed include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize

Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training

Bachelors or higher degree in relevant field

Related experience required

- IT management: 3 years (preferred)
