**Skills and Attributes Required**:

- Self driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to negotiate
- An intermediate knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
- A successful work history (3 references)
- Car and license for Client interactions

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market
- Use a variety of sources from in-house database, social media and advertising
- Building long-lasting Client relationships with a variety of different sized Companies
- Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver recruitment solutions
- Create ownership over your own business
- Stay up to date with changes in your market and industry
