As the **Store Manager,** you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Retail management experience.
- Passion for developing others and building a strong team culture
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
