With Head Office in Adelaide, HenderCare is an established approved provider of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Veterans’ Home Care (VHC) services. It is also a national registered provider of NDIS and a supplier of acute healthcare and private services. HenderCare creates bespoke solutions to support older people and people with a disability to remain living independently in the community. Since the business was established in 2004, HenderCare has experienced year on year growth. It operates alongside HenderCare Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children. Collectively, HenderCare and HenderCare Foundation employ 250 internal employees nationally and have over 1,500 field staff delivering a range of services to clients across Australia.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Executive Team, State Managers and Support at Home Manager, this critical role will oversee all elements of HenderCare’s aged care services including Home Care Packages, CHSP, VHC and private services, whilst leading the organisational changes and requirements of the national aged care reforms. Other responsibilities include:

- identifying, recommending and implementing growth strategies;
- identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies;
- leading, motivating, developing and managing dedicated aged care staff nationally;
- contributing to overall business strategy as a key member of the HenderCare Executive Leadership Team;
- maintaining and enhancing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
