**About the role**
An open opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Payroll/AP Officer to join on a temporary part-time basis. The position requires working 3 to 4 days a week, with 2 days being remote work from home. The company is a market leader in the engineering and design space. The role is ideally suited for someone with experience in Accounts Payable and some knowledge of Payroll.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Perform full function Accounts Payable tasks.
- Liaise with Practice Managers to obtain timely approval on locum invoices.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Payroll teams to coordinate and ensure timely payment of locum invoices, including superannuation payments in the monthly runs.
- Calculate and process superannuation payments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards.
- Handle other ad-hoc payroll duties

**The successful applicant will have**
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
- Attention to detail, commitment, and a desire to contribute to process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- ADP or AP workbook experience would be desirable
