Track/maker Assembler

We are seeking a full-time Track/Maker Assembler to join our team at Curtain Hardware Australia (WA) Pty Ltd in Balcatta, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of a range of curtain hardware products, ensuring high-quality and efficient output.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assemble a variety of curtain tracks, rods, and other hardware components according to specifications
- Operate power tools and machinery required for the assembly process
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to support efficient production
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Comply with all relevant health and safety policies and procedures

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing role is preferred but not essential as hands on training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and follow standard operating procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
