What’s the job?
- In this role, you'll handle technical issues, manage service tickets, and act as an escalation point for complex problems. Your mission is to maintain a stable desktop environment, exceed service level agreements, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Day-to-day accountabilities:
In this role, you’ll take charge of resolving technical issues, managing service tickets, and providing expert support to ensure smooth operations. You’ll act as a key escalation point, oversee ticket resolutions, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective issue management and strong internal relationships.- Manage and resolve technical issues, including network faults and security problems.-
- Ensure timely and accurate ticket logging and resolution.-
- Support new starters with equipment setup and provisioning.-
- Maintain asset records and assist with IT documentation and knowledge base updates.This is a permanent full-time position based at our Flinders Street campus in Melbourne.

Who you are- 2+ years’ experience in providing technical service desk and help desk analyst support-
- Good working knowledge of End User IT technology - PC/Desktop support and LAN-
- Excellent customer service skills, proven customer-focused desktop services capability-
- Exposure across Microsoft & Apple platforms, Audio Visual, managing printer fleets, and associated technologiesWhy join us?
