Retail Account Manager Nsw/act

We're looking for a driven, retail-minded Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for you to manage relationships with strategic partners to identify and convert new business opportunities. You will liaise effectively with independent store owners and maintain and grow business in NSW/ACT. You will also be supported with an induction program coupled with training across sales systems, processes, and the wider product range. **Responsibilities** - Achieve sales budget and targets for assigned region. - Identify/secure new sales/ business prospects/opportunities and increase your customer base. - Manage and retain quality relationships with all customers. - Develop growth strategies, execute marketing activities, and manage agreements. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions. - Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities. - Uphold the company's values and contribute positively to the workplace culture. **Qualifications** - Retail/Hardware Industry knowledge is regarded. - Focused and driven by results. - A self-starter who enjoys working autonomously. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders/partners. - Willingness to travel regionally and engage with customers face-to-face. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
