**About the Opportunity**

The Critical Care HMO position is a 12-month position created for Junior Doctors who are considering a critical care career, offering both breadth and depth of experience. As a HMO2 in Critical Care you can access rotations in:

- ICU
- ED (Adult and Paediatric)
- Cardiology
- Paediatric Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Mental Health
- General Medicine

**About You**:

- You must be eligible and have registered with the PMCV for the HMO2 match and nominated Monash Health #1
- Current intern eligible for PGY2 appointment
- You are a positive, committed and inspiring medical professional
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional care and outstanding outcomes for our patients
- You can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and effective time management
- You have evidence of interest in academic pursuits including research
- You have evidence of ability to work in a team and show leadership potential
