**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and execute strategic marketing plans**to Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs to promote new and existing services to external vendors and agencies.
- **Manage the company’s digital presence**, including maintaining product listings, updating website and social media content, and enhancing visibility via Google Business and online directories.
- **Design and produce marketing content**, including product flyers, video tutorials, promotional banners, signage, and social media posts targeting local and online audiences.
- **Coordinate local promotional activities and events**, such as clearance sales, trade-in offers, school laptop bundles, and seasonal repair discounts to drive foot traffic and conversions.
- **Conduct ongoing market research** to identify new trends in mobile/computer products, track competitor pricing, and suggest adjustments to product and service offerings.
- **Monitor and report campaign performance metrics**, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and POS systems, to evaluate ROI and guide future strategies.
- **Liaise with suppliers and vendors** for promotional opportunities, co-branded campaigns, and early access to new product launches.
- **Engage with stake holders** providing detailed product knowledge and helping them select suitable mobile phones, computers, or accessories based on their needs and budget.
- Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
- **Assist with inventory management and display setup**, ensuring that high-demand and promoted products are easily accessible and attractively presented.
- **Prepare and process sales reports**, including invoicing, and customer record updates.
- **Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally**, offering solutions or escalating issues to technical staff as needed.
- **Maintain relationships with repeat customers**, offering loyalty deals, reminders for service upgrades, and after-sale follow-ups to drive retention.
**Required Skills and Attributes**:
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, negotiation and management skills
- Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing principles
- Confident sales and communication skills, both in-person and online
- Experience with e-commerce, social media marketing, and local area promotions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail and service environment
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
**Experience**:
- Sales: 5 years (required)
- Marketing: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
