**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant business activities.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, and KPIs; implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels; manage ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation, and daily banking.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns in coordination with head office.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum **1 years’ experience** in management or supervisory role within retail, food & beverage, or hospitality.
- Diploma or higher qualification in business, retail management, or hospitality (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and stock management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
