Weekend Retail Support and Delivery Driver

Ballina, Australia The Station Grocer Full time

We’re looking for a **Weekend Retail Support and Delivery Driver** to service our network of 9 fuel sites, ensuring each location is stocked, clean, and operating smoothly.
- Casual position
- $44.34/hour Aged 20+
- Sat/Sun: approx 6.30am-2.30pm

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers to each site
- Keep an eye on store operations and site conditions
- Conduct forecourt checks - check the produce display stands, ensure bowser water buckets are filled, rubbish is cleared
- Inspect store stock levels, including flowers and general supplies
- Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
- Wash the company truck every Sunday afternoon

**What You’ll Need**:

- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Physical ability to get in and out of the truck regularly
- Great attention to detail to spot site issues
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Retail experience preferred - understanding of stock levels and presentation
- Must be available every Saturday & Sunday - this role is best suited to someone without full-time weekday work, as we value work-life balance
