**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a** Manager - Workforce Reporting & Analytics** to be part of our Data Insights & Analytics Team, People & Capability Command. The role manages a team to provide high level strategic analysis capability. The role is required to identify, collect, and critically analyse information and data to draw meaningful insights that inform the provision of workforce recommendations, intelligence and reports relating to the strategic utilisation of human resources and other issues impacting the workforce. The role informs in strategic decision-making processes by developing models and options relating to contemporary workforce related issues.
