We are currently hiring for 2x professional and reliable
**LO Forklift Drivers** to join our growing inventory team at our Eastern Creek fulfilment centre (2766). As an
**LO Forklift Driver** your role is critical to the success of our business where you will be challenged daily to improve areas of safety, efficiency and customer experience.

You will be part of a collaborative team working within an environment where you are given every opportunity to succeed and progress your career.

These will initially be casual positions within the Inventory team working on either of the below rosters from
**Monday to Friday**:
**AM Shift** - 7.00am to 3.00pm

**PM Shift**:

- 11.00am to 7.00pm

**What you'll be doing...**
- Operating our Order Picking Forklifts to conduct cycle counts on certain SKUs and locations
- Utilising an RF Scanner and our warehouse management system
- Ensuring safety is prioritised by reporting any potential hazards through our safety system
- Identifying and recommending improvements to any quality and inventory concerns in the warehouse
- Manual handling of Pet related products up to 25kgs
- Responsible for driving cultural change towards 5s Lean Warehousing principles

**About you...**
- Must have a valid LO / Order Picker forklift ticket (ideally having used Crown machinery previously)
- You have ideally worked within an Inventory team before doing cycle counts and stock takes
- Must be physically fit to perform all duties in the warehouse
- You are a reliable and collaborative team member
- Safety is a non-negotiable for you and you are able to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures
- You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have your own safety boots and PPE
