**About the OPPORTUNITY**

We have new opportunities for **Mechanical (Fitter) Apprentices** to join our Hunter Class Frigate Program based at the Osborne Naval Shipyard — one of the most digitally advanced naval shipyards in the world.

As a Mechanical (Fitter) Apprentice you will gain practical experience working in the shipyard, whilst completing a Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist with removing, repairing and installing mechanical components and equipment.
- Participate in preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Use workshop machines to produce components.
- Contributing to improving business culture with regards to people, process and systems.
