We have an exciting opportunity for dynamic Pet Handlers / Drivers to join our team in **Perth****:

- Belmont **on a **Casual basis.**

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

The successful applicant will be responsible for **pet handling, driving **and **crate building**.

**Skills and experience**

In order to be successful, you will need to possess the following key selection criteria:

- A love of animals and **professional **animal handling experience is essential
- A professional customer service-orientated approach to work
- A full drivers licence and safe driving record - probationary drivers will not be considered
- Confidence or experience driving long hauls (where required)
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- A strong and professional work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Additionally, you will have an energetic and positive nature and enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team
- Capable to look after the animals within our care with some lifting involved

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belmont, WA 6104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Professional Animal handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
