Logistics & Bottling Assistant

**Cape Byron Distillery** has an exciting new dual-role position on offer

We are on the lookout for a casual Logistics & Bottling Assistant to join our growing team. This role gives you the opportunity to work across two departments and be hands on with the bottling, picking, packing & dispatch of our award-winning products.

At Cape Byron Distillery, we are creating a new chapter in the book of Australian Distilleries. We produce spirits (_Brookie’s Byron Gin_) that are a true exploration & showcase of native flavours unique to the Northern Rivers Region (Byron Bay hinterland), with many sourced from the heart of our rainforest.

We are a family-owned & operated distillery, ingrained in our local community and are continuously seeking to positively impact our environment.

What will you be doing?
- Work between both our logistics & bottling departments
- Picking, packing & dispatching outgoing orders
- Receiving inwards goods
- Assisting with stock management
- Assisting transport operators & customers
- Bottling our award-winning products
- Using bottling & packing machinery
- Assisting with production processes
- Working to bottling targets

What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in similar roles
- High-level attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and to be able to follow instructions
- Be self-motivated and well organised
- Be hands-on in the warehouse
- Forklift license desired

This is a casual position, with up to 38hrs a week in a role where you make a difference.
