**We are looking for**:
Our next Site Supervisor who is passionate about delivering a proactive cleaning solution for our client whilst building strong relationships and managing and guiding their team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Organising and managing the day-to-day cleaning operations to provide a high standard of cleaning
- Working closely with the client to ensure all cleaning commitments as per the scope are met
- Providing leadership and supervision whilst working in a hands-on role
- Training and mentoring staff onsite
- Managing OH&S compliance
- Ensuring budgets are managed in accordance with contract hours
- Plan and conduct periodical cleaning activities across the school
- Organising staffing rosters and ensuring hours are recorded accurately
- Be able to work an evening roster between the hours of 1:00pm to 9:00pm
- Liaising regularly with Client Relationship Manager

**The skills and experience you will need are**:

- Customer service/client focused
- Proven supervisory experience - be able to train and lead a team
- Sound understanding of OHS in the workplace preferred
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English
- Attention to detail
- Prior cleaning and periodical wok experience would be advantageous
- Working with Children Card
- Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Covid Vaccination preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour
