Most importantly, looking for quality people.

Seeking someone who is very fussy on standards. Someone who knows knows their coffee.

Must be knowledgeable about the coffee making process and have a general understanding of the various brews. More in-store training will be given.

Prefer someone who understands quality coffee and has worked in boutique coffee shops opposed to the large franchise or drive through brands.

Must be fluent in English, bubbly, well presented and have excellent communication skills

Would consider someone with mínimal or less experience but they must have a good attitude and be willing to learn.

Above award wages paid to the right applicant(s) depending on experience levels.

Interviews held at the store anytime between 8am - 11am any day of the week.

**Salary**: $49,375.00 - $127,575.00 per year
