**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Mental Health Services team, working within the Older Persons Mental Health Service. In this role, you will provide and coordinate physiotherapy services for consumers, both in inpatient and community settings, to enhance their physical health and personal functioning. You’ll play a key role in delivering recovery-focused care, empowering consumers to strengthen resilience and maintain sustainable community involvement.

As part of the team, you will also provide consultancy and advice to other agencies, contribute to service improvements, and engage in project work. This is a dynamic role where you will collaborate closely with other health professionals, ensuring high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of consumers.

**About You**

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist with the following key attributes:

- **Qualifications**: Degree in Physiotherapy with registration eligibility for the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in physiotherapy, particularly with older adults in health, mental health, or aged care settings.
- **Knowledge**: A solid understanding of current physiotherapy practices, quality management, and mental health reform, along with Work Health and Safety principles.
