We are a small, family based business that is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team With a focus on family and our staff, we are offering a position with flexible work hours that would be perfect for someone that has children.
Position: Receptionist/Admin
Location: Gosnells Office based
Schedule: 5 days a week, Flexible hours during school time (9:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Open for discussion

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Keeping the office tidy
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the building industry is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in Xero or WFM software is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be available to work 5 days a week during school hours.
To Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
