Due to our rapid expansion, we are now extending our services to various regions, including Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland, Byron/Ballina, Tween Region (NSW and QLD), Gold Coast, Logan and surrounding areas, South Brisbane, and the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
At Homecare Australia, we value flexibility. We understand the significance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible work options ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week. As part of our workforce model, we work closely with you to accommodate your availability and create personalized rosters that suit your needs. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition into service delivery by carefully matching clients with the most suitable care workers. Additionally, we provide a user-friendly app that grants you instant access to all necessary client details and your roster, making your work more efficient.
To qualify and thrive as a member of our team, the following qualifications are required:
Passion for caring for older Australians
Minimum of 12 months of experience in providing care for older Australians
Current Federal Police check
Current First Aid certificate
Certificate III in a community service environment, aged care, or disability
Comprehensive car insurance
Driver's license
Valid work visa (if you are from overseas)
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $38.08 per hour
