Our team lead roles manage small teams of experienced water efficiency specialists who deliver a range of customer facing programs to improve water efficiency. This includes the design, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of the programs as well as the associated customer and stakeholder engagement. In addition to leadership skills and experience in sustainability or water efficiency, knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (benefits realisation), project management, and/or science based and data driven project design would be advantageous.

- This is a full-time permanent role based in the Leederville office. While some variations to this will be considered it will be up to the applicant to make a case for how the role requirements will be met.
**Key skills and experience**:
- Tertiary level qualification in science, engineering, resource management, environmental science, commerce, social sciences, communications or other related disciplines.
- Experience and/or technical capacity related to water, resource management or sustainability in a business or commercial environment. This may include an engineering, facilities management or resource management background and will demonstrate your proven ability to effectively communicate with and add value to our non-residential customers in relation to water efficiency.
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft suite of programs, in particular MS Excel as well as proven ability to deliver high quality data driven reporting.
- Substantial experience in proactively and confidentially engaging with stakeholders and customers including the ability to negotiate and influence behaviours and solve problems whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Program / project management experience related to the full cycle of program design, delivery, reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement; including strong organisational skills and the ability to lead and manage direct reports through these processes.
- Leadership skills and the demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative, engaged and positive performance focused team culture.
