**About the Role**

**Duties**
- **Enable and champion the delivery of a secure Modern Workplace with a focus on the end user experience.**

- **Be a visible advocate of digital transformation and promote greater digital collaboration within the business. Drive up digital literacy and evangelise new technologies and systems to inspire and lead change.**
***:

- **Work with relative key stakeholders to identify opportunities in the short, medium, and long term for the business to leverage digital technology for competitive advantage, particularly by understanding the industry and technology in relation to it.**
***:

- **Map out existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with a focus on efficiency and replacing paper-based processes.**
***:

- **Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our systems, processes, and data requirements.**
***:

- **Serve as a key point of contact for new feature requests from the business and/or customers.**
***:

- **Design, prioritise and provide solutions to enable an efficient workplace.**
***:

- **Promote the secure and compliant use of technology to protect the business from unnecessary risk.**
***:

- **Act as a change agent to support the business in adopting newly defined processes and systems implementations.**
***:

- **Implement appropriate user acceptance testing procedures.**
***:

- **Develop training materials (quick reference guides, training modules) and deliver training.**
***:

- **Build strong relationships with key influencers throughout the organisation to facilitate open feedback and minimise the negative impact of IT-related changes or issues.**
***:

- **Assist in the Project Management of IT Projects as required.**
***:

- **Management of third-party software / IT vendors as required.**
***:

- **Release Management - planning releases and scheduling.**
***

**Skills and Experience**
- **Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its capabilities**
***:

- **3 years’ experience in developing solutions in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, PowerApps & PowerAutomate**
***:

- **Stakeholder engagement, communications and change management**
***:

- **Ability to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation**
***:

- **A passion for Digital Transformation and Embracing Technology**
***:

- **Facilitate workshops and requirements elicitation**
***:

- **Process mapping and Business Process Improvement**
***:

- **Project Management**
***:

- **PRINCE2 or similar project management certification**
***:

- **Experience working in an Agile environment**
***:

- **Degree-level qualification in business/commerce and/or information systems**
