**About the Role**
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our kindergarten in Melbourne. You will help create a safe, fun, and supportive learning environment for children.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver play-based learning activities
- Support children’s daily routines and development
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work with other educators as a team
- Keep records of children’s progress
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Valid Working with Children Check (Victoria)
- Friendly, patient, and responsible
- Good communication and teamwork skills
