This **casual** position works a variety of shifts between 6am-7:30pm, 7 days a week. We currently have a large vacancy of **shifts between 2:30pm-7:30pm, 7 days week**.

This role is paying an hourly rate of $36.61 (including casual loading) + penalties

**The Role**
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
- Temperature monitoring and assistance with food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions, and special modified diets
- Work alongside the rest of our kitchen team, supporting with any additional tasks

**The Person**:

- An excellent eye for detail
- A sound knowledge in food and/or nutrition is preferred
- Personable, a team player who has exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Previous experience as a kitchen hand is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases, including COVID vaccinations
