**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean kitchenware and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, bakery, and staff areas
- Regular cleaning and sanitising of food preparation surfaces and floors
- Empty rubbish bins and ensure waste areas are clean and tidy
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep and organisation when required
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Work efficiently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or cleaning role preferred (but not essential)
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting items
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work across both Five Dock and Haberfield sites as needed
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $24.95 - $50.34 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
