**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within our housekeeping department as **Housekeeping Supervisor (Part time)**. The successful applicant will have prior supervisory experience in Housekeeping preferably in a large 5-star establishment and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, high standards and commitment to The Tasman service ethics. The position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper.

**About the Role**
- Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operation
- Responsible for training team leaders
- Identify training requirements for housekeeping associates
- Liaise with front office

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills
- High levels of organizational and planning skills
- Proven experience building a strong culture
- Rigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to details
- Integrity and professional
- Experience with a variety of hotel systems
- Full working rights in Australia
