**St James’ Primary School, Muswellbrook** is looking for a **Uniform Officer** to **coordinate the school uniform shop** for 6 hours per week, starting in **January 2026**. This is a great opportunity to support students and families while playing an important role in the day-to-day life of our school.

The position of School Officer - Uniform Shop is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school uniform shop. The position requires the ability to maintain a cooperative working environment and provide a friendly, customer-focused service to students and parents within the school community.

**EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA**
- Ability to articulate a clear understanding of and a personal commitment to Catholic Education and to actively supporting the Catholic ethos and culture of the school
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including a pleasant phone manner and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, to be a flexible team player and to work cooperatively and collaboratively
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage several tasks concurrently
- Ability to foster and promote positive personal relationships with all stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
