We're growing and we're on the hunt for new badass WAREHOUSE STAFF members to help us get our Luxury Men's Grooming Products out the door faster to our customers

**About Us**:
The Bearded Chap is an award winning luxury men's grooming company that was established in 2013. Based in Morningside, Brisbane, we manufacture, pack and ship all our goods out of our factory to customers around the world. We strive to provide the highest level of service, quality and on time delivery of our products to our customers and have a ton of fun while doing it, so we're looking for people who share this same passion.

**Purpose**:
Ensuring that the warehouse is productive and organised, ensuring that customers' orders are manufactured and flowing out the door and into their hands so that they can enjoy our products as soon as possible

**WAREHOUSE CREW DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Below are the duties that you will be responsible and accountable for:
Receiving, counting, unpacking and organising deliveries

Pick, pack and send out Customer orders

May from time to time assist with manufacturing products

Keep the warehouse clean and organised

Entering data into and using our Warehouse management system

Speaking with customers about their orders and any service they may need.

As a key member of the warehouse team you will need to be enthusiastic and able to work at pace, be accurate, methodical, and enthusiastic about meeting your production and packaging goals.

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
LF Forklift licence (optional)

Driver’s licence

Available for work Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Be physically fit and capable of participating safely for a full shift

Prepared to learn new skills

Basic understanding of spreadsheets, computer systems

Willing to work hard

Reliable and punctual

Be able to follow instructions, think for yourself, solve problems and be able to speak up and voice your thoughts. The most important thing we are looking for is someone who is hard working, takes their work seriously but has a ton of fun doing it
