We are looking for a person that will fit in and enhance our culture and therefore to be considered for this role the position of Administration Clerk will be responsible for booking pallet transport around Costco Warehouses and Costco Vendors.
**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Arranges collection and dehire of pallets
- Liaises with vendors, Costco warehouses and trading partners
- Lodges dehire/issues using MyChep portal
- Liaises pallet related enquiries with CHEP and Loscam
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery_**
- Computer, printer, phone, calculator, handheld two-way radio.
**Non-Essential functions**
- Assists in other departments where necessary.
- Education/Training: High School Certificate (or Diploma)
- Knowledge/Skills: Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills and Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides)
- Other Skills and Abilities: Must have clerical experience, reliable and keen to detail
